Impeller is the most important part in pump operation,which is a rotor,rotating component of a centrifugal pump.There are mainly three types of slurry pump impeller: Open,Semi-open and Closed. Vanes from 2-6.Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination.When the slurry pump processing the solid mixture,the most worn parts are impellers.
The Materials of the impeller are NA05,NA49,NA33,NA61, Natural Rubber,Polyurethane ,Ceramic etc according to different working conditions.
Except the standard impellers, we can do OEM and ODM service if client provide us drawings or samples.
Volute Liner
A volute Liner is a curved funnel increasing in area to the discharge port.It is often used with impeller pumps.As the area of the cross-section increases,the volute reduces the speed of the liquid and increases the pressure of the liquid.The main purposes of a volute casting is to help balance the hydraulic pressure on the shaft of the pump.
The Materials of the volute liner are NA05,NA49,NA33,NA61,Natural Rubber,Polyurethane,Ceramic etc according to different working conditions.
Except the standard Volute Liner, we can do OEM and ODM service if client provide us drawings or samples.
Throat Bush
The throat bush links plate liner and forms a pump chamber to work with impeller.
Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
The Materials of the throat bush are NA05,NA49,NA33,NA61,Natural Rubber,Polyurethane ,Ceramic etc according to different working conditions.
Except the standard throat bush, we can do OEM and ODM service if client provide us drawings or samples.
Frame Plate Liner Insert
Frame Plate Liner Insert is one of wet parts of slurry pumps,it is also called back liner since its position in slurry pump.It forms a pump chamber with throat bush and volute liner where the slurry will flow through them.
The Materials of the Frame Plate Liner Insert are NA05,NA49,NA33,NA61,Natural Rubber,Polyurethane,Ceramic etc according to different working conditions.
Except the standard Frame Plate Liner Insert, we can do OEM and ODM service if client provide us drawings or samples.
Shaft Sleeve
Slurry Pump Shaft Sleeve is also a very important slurry pump part,since it is also one of the wear parts so the design and material of the shaft sleeve is significant to its service life.
The materials of the Shaft Sleeve are NC21,NC22,NC23,NC25,NC26,NJ04,NY08 etc.
Except the standard shaft sleeve, we can do OEM and ODM service if client provide us drawings or samples.
Expeller
Slurry Pump expeller is not only can seal the pump,but also reduce the centrifugal force. The design and material of expeller is significant to its service life because it is also one of the wet parts. Material can be Cast Iron, High Chrome,Customized material as requests.
The materials of the Expellers are NA04,NA05,NC22,NC23,NC25,NC26 etc.
